Can the windows client remember "Run Client at Startup" state? Every time I open it it goes back to the default checked state.

I leave the client running (starts at startup) and after a while I get the attached error message, I click OK, and the client is still running in the taskbar and seems to be 'ok'.1732556464764.png

I've uninstalled the client. It doesn't download anything, spews java errors all the time and regularly locks up and uses all my CPU...
Even before, when it *did* download stuff, the downloads were slower than when I did a manual download.

They say "No pain, no gain", but the client is "All pain, negative gain"!

My IG account is tied to my Gmail account so I'm trying to use it to log into IG client and it's failing.

I know I've logged into the app before earlier in the year just fine so it must be a recent problem.

Can you see if there's a URL mismatch in the client creating this Error 400 ?

Also I noticed when I went to uninstall it that there are two versions persent:
1.8.3 installed December 12th for 328 MB
1.8.6 installed December 26th for 663 MB

Not sure why so many versions in so little time. It seems like when a new version is added it should prompt uninstalling the old one?

Anyway I'm going to clear a gigabyte of space, here's hoping 1.8.9 or 1.9.0 or whatever you have planned next makes the launcher functional so we can play our DRM-free libraries. It is difficult to navigate them using the website's library and I was sincerely hoping to have an easily accessible list of the anime games I've bought through you that aren't steam licenses.

Nearly every game I install via the client (running Windows 11, AMD graphics card and CPU) fails to run. Today I tried to install Myrne the quest, and got this error:

There should be 'myrne_quest_Data'
folder next to the executable

Navigating the the game install folder, the only file in said folder is the game executable file.

Fix your client! Why do I have to "Add to Collection" every time I want to install an already owned game. A "back" button would be convenient. Do the little things!

Also, whenever I tried to add a game to my library using the client, it wouldn't appear in my library. I don't know if it was latency or what, but I waited a few minutes and nothing showed up. When I went to the website, I was able to add to my library, and about a minute or so later, it appeared in my library. Adding a "Refresh" button would help me feel more confident that my games are appearing or not when I expect them to and provide a cleaner diagnosis from an end-user.

I'd love to be able to use the client to buy games, but I don't know if they'll appear (the previous example was for a free game).

Additionally, the library in the client has games greyed out - this makes me think that there's something wrong with the games. As far as I can tell, though, the games are in my library and I'm able to play them, with the exception of "Add to Collection" whenever I want to install.
