Also, whenever I tried to add a game to my library using the client, it wouldn't appear in my library. I don't know if it was latency or what, but I waited a few minutes and nothing showed up. When I went to the website, I was able to add to my library, and about a minute or so later, it appeared in my library. Adding a "Refresh" button would help me feel more confident that my games are appearing or not when I expect them to and provide a cleaner diagnosis from an end-user.
I'd love to be able to use the client to buy games, but I don't know if they'll appear (the previous example was for a free game).
Additionally, the library in the client has games greyed out - this makes me think that there's something wrong with the games. As far as I can tell, though, the games are in my library and I'm able to play them, with the exception of "Add to Collection" whenever I want to install.
