Basically, steam put some sort of ddos attack prevention in place and its fucking up the code AWA uses to check for quest completion.

In a nutshell you had it right more private accounts (like mine) will have more troubl3 validating quest completion due to steam being a jackass and taking social activity into account for their part of things.

I gave up on ROG a year ago. It always gave me an error when I entered the bonus code, and when I was updating my account, it deleted all my points. I love ASUS products, but their reward program is garbage.
