Did not get my game I just purchased

I just made my first purchase game in Indiegala Hogworts legacy and they sent me an email to redeem my game bundle. Took me to my account and there are no bundles there. Has anyone had issues when buying in Indiegala. I am worried that this is a common occurrence.

I've seen a few people run into similar issues before. Sometimes the bundle doesn't appear immediately, or the redemption email links to the wrong section. I'd try refreshing your account after a little while, checking the Purchased or Library sections, and making sure you're logged into the same account you used for the purchase. If it's still missing, contacting IndieGala support with your order number is probably the fastest way to get it resolved. Hope you get your copy soon!
