Hi!
It's my second issue with Indie Gala store. Last week I bought a game ,didn't get the code instead an e-mail from support something went wrong with my transaction and I could repeat it aka send the money again. I get back my money, also it wasn't much around a dollar. Anyway, I did it again today with Forst Solis best price ever and same issue!
I have a 10% off coupon code which I used but then got the message only usable above an X amount of purchase. However, I didn't remove the code and made the transaction, I also used my small amount of GalaCredit 0,60 dollars. Anyway, possible those messed up my purchase? But then why it gets charged with the money?
Last time I wrote the support and used Paypal to get my money back. I just wonder: Indie Gala is a reliable shop or not? I bought RIPD The Videogame 2 years ago, it went fine just like bundles in the past.
