I also know about a program in Italy where you can buy a house for €1, but there's a catch, you have to renovate it and live there for a period. But there are so many that are much better, especially in the Nordic countries like Sweden or Norway, particularly if you are married.

No, I had one that could play small Windows Vista widgets on the front panel near the power button at one point (dell xps), but it had beer spilled through it before I traded it with someone for a laptop (I did the repair) and a USB short down the road took out the front panel
