Try to play/idle it for like 10 minutes, then refresh AWA and check again. Sometimes it doesn't recognize that you own the game until you put some time in on it.

The same thing happened to me. And yes, the solution is always what klingki says, let it run for a few minutes so that AWA can see it later.

Nah, that's an old issue. I wouldn't recommend avoiding Steam quests because they're the second-best source of ARP at the moment.

If you have earned enough ARP, you can click on every space and claim the reward, but this artefact is just cosmetic.

I still have to study how the battle pass works.
I would love to have a new artifacts I think I don't need the rudimentary light warp artifact because I can have -15% market combining 3 artifacts to get The Stanley Escavation, I can use when the vault it is open.
In the battle pass you can get fragments but I don't need them since I have 184 fragments and I don't know have new artifacts to upgrade I maxed all.
The interesting thing is that you can get games in the battle pass store, I hope there will be new games soon. You can get 1 game for 45 tokens and with 90 tokens you can get + 500 arp, it means 1 game you can get in that market value is 250 arps. Maybe I'll prefer getting 2 games instead of 500 arps.

But if that upgraded artefact alone gives a 15% discount, then, paired with Mysterious Text Decipher, we can have a 17% discount.
