Guaranteed or not, the rule as I understand it is that keys given away through the Giveaways section (as opposed to the keydrop threads on the Forum) must not be for a game that's currently free to obtain anywhere that is a legitimate 1st-party sales site. (IG, Fanatical, Steam, GOG, etc)

Giving away these keys is just a ploy to gain giveaway experience for basically nothing at all, since these keys have lost their utility due to the games going free-to-play.
