maybe this will sound like a very stupid question, but 99.9% of such key distributions are blocked for Ukraine (everything is ok with Iran and North Korea, I understand), so I just don't know and want to understand for myself: these playtests are some kind of demo versions that then disappear from the account and there is no use in them, or what?

Most of them. A small number will stay either as a playtest version or even as a full game. Mind you, I'm basing my opinion on the fact that there are some games that will give you a "playtest" or "beta" message when activating them, despite being full games.

Idk about that block it has no sense, I think they should write if there is any region lock. Playtest should be playable game I guess it's more then a demo it could be even full version to let player test and report any bug before the game goes on the store. It's limited time usually after playtest ends the game is removed from library.
