Well, surprise, surprise. I own a Steam key today on the "Wheel", but I already own it, according to Steam when I tried to activate the key. I believe there is a way to determine what game it is, but I do not remember the process. Would someone point me in the right direction, please? I will start a search for a related thread shortly.

Before you're trying to activate it on store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey, open network panel and in response from server will info about game

There was some way using the developer tools. But if you install the steamdb browser plugin it will tell you what game it was on the activation screen.
You can find the plugin here:

I have access to SteamDB, but have no idea how to use the process you mentioned. Would you be able to DM the process to me so we don't clog up this thread with conversations unrelated to the topic?

Steam - How to find out what your game duplicate key is for
1. Go to Sign In
2. Open the Console (Press F12)
3. Enter the key and checkmark the "agree" and hit Continue
4. In the Console,
4.1 switch to the 'Network' tab in the Console
4.2 click on the '/account/ajax/registerkey' entry
4.3 switch to the 'Response' sub-tab
4.4 scroll down and locate the answer in 'line_item_description:'
