No, it says you won the nearly useless gala money, what you see in the second picture is just old stuff that they never bothered to clean up.
And 200 was just an arbitrary number.

Yeah, it's random. Sometimes you may win a game or 0.02 or just Galasilver.

It's weird I already had it in my library but If I search the activation license I don't find it. I think I had a playtest or something, looking steamdb it was in beta testing https://steamdb.info/app/868770/subs/ I also found old Kid Kidding post he reported a way to get it free (here the post) I think I got it from there.
Claiming the free dlc Saint Kotar: Supporter Pack on Steam I can see the Saint Kotar license added today even if I already had the game.

The middle screenshot should say, "Games Won" not "Keys Won."
