That is interesting, didn't know about the DRP uses. I always skip it for ARP
But - vault "quality drop" isn't exactly DRP related. Cartire has said that they demand certain minimums to be able to host a vault drop and it's more about the publishers not wanting to give that many. And to be honest, why would, say, Capcom give a couple hundred keys of Onimusha to them? They make enough money not to bother, these days

yeah the key claiming page is broken now too...seems some genius decided to make it a timed window now and you can't copy your key on mobile anymore for some reason...had to snapshot it 🙄
