Whenever a game at this insane (160 iS) price point appears, it's invariably a scam game from "developer"/publisher Hede.
Possibly used in a money laundering scheme, or to pad an overprived key bundle.

Yeah surely it would never be worth buying for this price in a million years. Probably wouldn't even be worth buying for more than a buck or two. I won it from a giveaway. Giving it away myself could give me credit that would tip me over to be able to afford a game I want from IG.

I don't mind if you don't sign up to it, there is always at least a few people who buy a ticket no matter what (even if I recommend against it in comments) and number of sign ups doesn't change the reward.
