    Have you actually tried to copy-paste the full 5x5 digit key into the Steam activation page? At least try it first before complaining. You'd be surprised to see that it works. It's an old Steam key format not in use any more but old existing keys can still be redemeed without issue.

    Sorry hadn't responded sooner. I was logged out and my browser wasn't let me log in. The key has more digits than what you would normally get for a Steam key. Did you try entering the entire key?

    Sorry to hear. It was a free key from the Feudalife challenge. Apparently, a number of them have duplicates recently.
