A guaranteed GA with a used key?

Just as the title said,this GA said guaranteed but it's apparently not since the key had been redeemed already, and i cant even rate a negative on it.

I contacted the GA owner but i doubt that is even his true steam account and i doubt more that he even care since he already received the exp for "guaranteed GA".

You will have to mail support about it not the user. If it's guarenteed that means they didn't reveal the key so its not the users fault its the sites fault.
