Bomber Crew was a free giveaway from Humble Bundle a little while ago. All the keys expired a few days ago, which usually means you get the "duplicate" error, but apparently some keys are being repurposed for this Ice Bastion Pack instead. Weird.
Still very wrong, like, you shouldn't be doing giveaways for games that can be obtained for free like this, but also you definitely shouldn't be doing it after the key has expired.

That's not how it works as far as I know. Humble Bundle's freebies usually "expire" only in the sense that the key disappears from your profile, so if you didn't activate or copy it - it's gone. Some games did have reports that the key stopped working after HB's expiration date, but I'm not sure how reliable those are. But this "repurposing" definitely doesn't sound like something that actually happens.
And there are also people complaining about getting Battle for the Galaxy - Ice Bastion Pack in giveaways of Little Nightmares, which didn't have any expiration notices, so I'd say we're just dealing with scammers wasting people's time and galasilver.
