Hello Community,
I'm new at this plattform having a bit trouble with the Giveaways.
So everytime when I buy a "Single Ticket" my Gala Silver is lost, but when I look into my Account in the section "In progress entries" or "Completed to check" I can'zt see any entry.
It worked on my first day, but since then I'm always loosing the silver, but the entries don't appear.
Does anyone know what I can do to solve the problem?
