So this is a fake key. And instead of picking one of the cheap DLCs to give away their ingame code, they chose to pick the $100 DLC to not only drown out your silver but also to try and cheat the rank system. Report this fraud.

Pouffy knows what he's doing, it's intentional, always the most expensive thing possible for an in game only, not steam, code. It's ok to give these away if they match but this will NOT give you the collector's contents so it's a scam. Sadly, he's probably been rewarded from people not responding and giving auto positive feedback, and it continue.
