Cannot enter to see if i won a giveaway

The topics name says it all..
I am going to My Account > My Libraries > completed
and i am always receiveing a message :
"Please check if you have won the following giveaways. If you have more entries, these will appear only once these have been checked, simply refresh the page."
but nothing opens. I know i've entered many GA's so i cannot check if i won or no Same applies to IN PROGRESS , nothing opens...

I have the same problem as you. I think that with complaining in this forum we are not going to fix anything, we should write to the support asking that they solve it, since a long time has passed already ...

I just clicked the "completed" tab a couple of times without refreshing the page, solved the problem

Clicking the completed tab does nothing. It acts like it's going to hide what's there (nothing) and the unhides. Back and forth, several times. I don't know how it would fix it because it doesn't refresh the page data in any way.

Also, it's kind of pointless because nobody can check winnings, but right before this started the number of giveaways dropped sharply and most of the time when I tried to enter one it errored out and wouldn't. Sometimes it'd just say "Error" and nothing else and sometimes it'd say something alog thie lines of "please fill out all required fields" even though they were all filled out.

Not sure if IG is spontaneously having problems or if this has something to do with the automatic update of Windows Microsoft forced on me lately.

I don't want to be rude but whoever is doing the coding of this system is clearly incompetent for this job. Please just go work on personal hobby projects until you actually learn enough to handle these stuff.

And this is not "mean" in anyway. This site has been having problems for months and there's no telling if problems will ever stop. If this isn't a good example of incompetence, I don't know what is...

It'd be nice if people would stop making GA's here, This is the worst site to do so on, the old galagiveaways site was much better than this crap, and even that site was crap too.
