As I mentioned elsewhere, there's NO SUCH THING as working keys for "CUR3D Steam Edition - Permission for commercial use". No legitimate site sells them!
If you actually bought some from a grey market website, you got scammed by the seller, who likely got scammed in turn by some dbag giving away fake CUR3D keys here on IndieGala to level up.

You can verify for yourself that your keys are bad, using the instructions provided in this post.

Yeah, it's been that way for a long time. Whenever you ask IndieGala to ban someone for bad giveaways, it seems they only ban them from the forums, not the raffles, even though it ought to be the other way around. @azure.1.2.3.4.5.6
