I think you already know and checked, but be sure PGA doesn't have a region lock. At least in the old choice it did, but this one is probably more lenient.

Nothing is mentioned about the key being region locked, so I hope there won't be issues redeeming it. The only warning is that Gloria Victis will expire on April 25th, 2022 if not redeemed by then.

So, if I understand correctly, the PGA Tour 2K21 keys are claimed by HB to be region-restricted, but actually aren't (when purchased from NA, EU, ME, Africa, or Oceania)?

And those seven games you listed are not claimed by HB to be region-restricted, but actually are (no RU/BY)?

And "We Are Alright" is also not claimed by HB to be region-restricted, but actually is (no CN)?

I do not know. I mentioned a post about the games and restrictions that well-wishers collect. Probably there are other resources where there will be more information about keys activation restrictions.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful in anyway but I am not very sure if any of the keys from the Ukraine bundle will activate in the Russia region as I do understand that there are quite a number of developers within that bundle that sells their keys but not allowing Russia to own them.

We will need to let Kurounin decide if we should consider your entry since that is the case, if keys are not able to be activated in your region means a key to possibly a good game will be wasted. That being said I know most people from Russia are really peace loving people and should not be penalized over the action of a single individual. Once the air is cleared I will add your name in the entries.
