Is "create new" section working?

Hey guys, I'm trying to create a few giveaways but when I click "Continue" it fails to calculate the points and there is only the "Retry" button. I've cleared my browser cache (Chrome) and tried 4 defferent games. Suggestions?

I would email support http://support.indiegala.com/ if you are having problems. That is the easiest way to get something fixed. (or to find out if is just you )

I do not write to support. This problem is not new and exist since months. IG knows the problems with the bandwith, bots, proxys, fakegiveaways and trolled negative feedbacks. I'm extremely dissatisfied. IG is unable to offer a correctly webservice. That's fakt!

The more you email the more likely they are to look into issues as they get the same messages over and over.

Now i cannot create new also, and the fact that my good keys are reported negative by 0 won/give users is ridicilous?!

Problem solved in less than a day by contacting support as @mseals suggested. But like @false said we are dealing with many issues everyday and the most important IG cannot protect loyal users like me when we offer legitimate keys. No option to filter trolls/scammers etc. who left negative feedback out of our giveaways, no way to control where the key goes when it supposes to be activated and much more from an unfair rewarding system.

Dont you think they should be more Global mods with a little bit more power to help people out and sort this site out.
Time and time again Email support over scammers But same people still doing it month after month. I feel like a voice in the wilderness. Support is quick to sort any probs with game keys that you have bought but lacking in scammers people giving a thumbs down for prefectly good keys etc. Why dont they just have the site for only Indiegala keys would sort all the scammers out as they dont seem to do anything about it. More Global mods needed not just to Answer questions. But to able to BAN misusers and scammers.
