New (actually not new) Rules

Ok we seem to be having some problems So I am working on Setting up a little deal.. NOTE: these aren't the only rules Just ones I am going to start watching.
Rule #1 If the key is not for a full 100% copy of the game for example a beta it is NOT allowed to be given away.
Rule #2 IF the game is given away for free on any website OTHER than Indiegala it is not allowed to be given away!!!
Rule #3 You are not allowed to Give away high end games(or Software including DLC's) unless you have a copy of said game in your Steam library (there are exceptions to this rule)

Here is what happens .. From now on if someone is giving away any game that breaks these rules their name goes on a list. IF your name shows up several times on said list your account WILL be removed. EVEN if you have +1,000,000,000 rep So no whining about "but I always give away games on here."

Now I won't always catch them all because everything will be done manually but that also means Won't be any computer Glitch. I just removed the Warhammer Beta and saw some usernames giving away 5 - 10 copies of it!!
Granted removal won't be instant because of the hoops I have to jump through but I have a feeling we will be removing a ton of users over the next few months. So you might warn your Friends.

So if I gave away a spare key for F1 2018 from that one fanatical bundle, would I end up on "the list"? Since there's a massive giveaway on humble right now...

i understand the thing about betas but i personally dont understand whats so bad about free games.
there are various different sites... not everyone knows about their freebies, not everyone has an account there or is willing to make one, some sites have requirements like following or joining some group not everyone is up to, sometimes youre just way to late to grab one (yes, thats also a problem which is entirely another one)

what im trying to say is that not everyone has access to those free games one way or another and those kind of ppl are actually glad that others are giving them away.
i know it happened to me to want a free game from some website i simply didnt want to do their surveys... and i believe there are others like me.

Edit: and i think the fact that F1 2018 still has entries prooves it that not everyone knows about it or has access to the giveaway on humble and are happy about the chance to get it here.

The problem with a Humble game giveaway, though, is that a user might win, but come back to collect too late and find the code expired. That would really suck. What I don’t understand is rule 3. What is the logic behind this? Screw it, this site clearly isn’t for casual gamers like me. I’m out.

What is rule 3 supposed to guard against? What even is a "high end game" to begin with?

Or it just proves that some people use bots/scripts to automatically enter everything regardless of what it is or whether they actually want to win it... ;)

I'm guessing it means AAA, i.e. big expensive games that reward a lot of XP here.
