Hello. I'm new and I have a question regarding giveaways.

I purchased the little nightmares bundle. I used the coupon to get Dark Souls III. I'm not very interested in playing Dark Souls III, but grabbed it for the free copy of Raiden that's the same value that I bought DSIII for.

When I go to my store give aways page, it only shows the free game I grabbed, not DSIII. Is there a reason why it won't show? I prefer to do a guaranteed giveaway since there are safety concerns with nonguaranteed for high value games.

Hi, I'm sorry I'm using this thread, but I'm new to this forum and have some questions.

I can't find any button to create new thread. I can't send a private message to an user either. I've won a duplicate key in a GA and I don't want to downvote the user because he has many positive feedbacks. Maybe it's an error and I'd like him to have a chance of viewing it first.

I'm still pretty new myself, but I can answer your stuff since it kind of got lost in this post.

-If you go to the profile of the person who did the giveaway and click their avatar, it will send you to their steam profile, and you can try to get ahold of them that way. Chances are, they probably accidentally posted the website twice when they were posting the giveaway instead of the website, then the code. The person's steam profile appears to be http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198111263669/

-This forum does not appear to have a PM system available, so you can really only contact people through steam or by luck in the forum.

-On the top bar, click forum home, and that gives you access to the rest of the forum, making it easier to post new threads.

Thanks! I was seeing the list of latest post, now from the home menu I can create new threads.

I've found his steam profile earlier, but I guess the correct thing was to solve this within IndieGala.

I will try to contact him on steam then.
