Did anyone having trouble purchasing from Indiegala through Paypal or credit/debit card? I keep having my payment rejected notice, thankfully though I have razerzgold but kinda annoying that Steam and Gamersgate works fine but Indiegala having problems.

Hey i'm running into an extremely similar issue to this guy, and emailed support, could I get some help or some info on how long it usually takes to hear back from support. I was charged twice for the same game that both times I was told the purchase failed, with my bank account stating otherwise, i;m hoping for a response asap, since this is currently stolen money. Thanks.
