Problem with Giveaways !

Hello,
Last night everything was going smooth with Giveaways section - I entered some giveaways and I even created 1 or 2 Giveaways myself.
Today (some 12 hours a go) this happened (and it's still happening) --->

I can't even see Giveaways section when I click My Account.
When I click Giveaways (so I can use/spend some of my 240 IC), for every giveaway/game I wish to participate I get the message "Error.Try again in a few minutes." - Whole day !

Can I get some info about what's happening !? Is it only me or everyone else is having problems too !? What should I do !?

and you can watch something from this thread if your giveaways' key all valid.

Try to contact support to know what's going on.
The support reply me and I unbanned.
I am contacting the third negative feedback user. :/

Well...I just sow I have 3rd negative feedback !

1st negative feedback I received somewhere around 1st June - Frankly, for that 1st one, I wasn't completelly sure...It might be justified ! Not sure !
2nd negative feedback I recieved somewhere around 10-15 June - I'm 100% sure the key was valid ! I even tried to contact the guy on Steam, sent friend request to ask what was the problem, He ignored me - I couldn't do anything about it ! It was 100% valid key !
But this 3rd one - Must have happened last night. Again - I'm 100% sure the key is valid ! Now I can't even see who gave me negative feedback and what for and practically I can't do anything, can I !?

Should I write to support !?

PS. One more thing - I guess it became risky to create Giveaways now ! I created 153 giveaways till now (143 positive feedbacks) and all were for lvl 0+ coz I wanted to give games for wide range of people.This is what I get in return !? Not fair really !

So we are on a three strikes out type of deal? I wasn't aware of that.

I thought it was simple calculation between the plus and minus, so long as you stay above -3, you were fine.

I really hope you can get unbanned like nightwind did, and that some sort of appeal system can be implemented for the giveaways.

I still have that 3rd negative feedback thou...I'm gonna be more carefull when I create giveaways in future - Maybe skip creating giveaways for lvl 0+ for couple of weeks - it's risky !

I contacted the third negative feedback user.
I add him steam friend and send massage in his steam profile.
"nice to meet you.Do you win a (game name) in IG's giveaways? I am the creater."
"Can we talk about it? I add you friend"

He just delete my massage and close massage feature.
Delete my friend request.
I don't know how many people really contact other success by steam. :/
(first two negative feedback form a same bot...)
