Offer appeared briefly before but was removed. I thought the account might have been deleted. Now it's back again.
Luckily I did notice the zero feedback & clicked thru to the Steam profile (private) revealing a fake..

I've reported the one to IG and Steam.

It would it would be nice if Steam could nuke the account the scammed Key was activated on, but as far as I can tell Steam is (unsurprisingly) doing absolutely nothing

The IG account is no longer linking via the Avatar to the Steam account, but that could be a User setting - not sure.

Always check the Trader you're trading with - even who they traded with as you can see on BLindGuardiaN's account.
There is positive feedback from User ".." that I've done trades with, but is now also a victum of impersonation.
