Thumbs Down for a giveaway?

I've done several giveaways now and one of them I got a thumbs down for. I don't understand why I would get a thumbs down.. I know the key was legit and never used before. I don't see any reason to get a thumbs down.. unless they didn't like the game. Is there any way to contact the person who won my giveaway and ask why they gave me a thumbs down?

The only way would be to search hes name in the steam database if he still has it, there is sadly no private messaging option in the site, would actually make it easier to contact the person on trades too when you get a bad key.

theres a way to get the account the key was activated on.
not sure how though, someone did it for me before.

if you get the users steam/email you could contact indiegala support and get them to cross check it with the user who won the give aways steamID/email.

Although this seems like a lot of effort. XD

Well, you can never be 100% sure the keys work until actually use them. Rarely, the retailer can mess up.
However, it is more likely that the winner just misclicked / is dumb / is bad person, etc.
I've always thought that clicking thumb up / down should pop up confirmation window. I've never misclicked but always feared I might.

I think you should do as Ninwes suggested.
You can see the ID of the winner. Search that ID in steam / google to find a way to contact the winner.
