:| not very good, has a bad to read font, the window size is too small for the content making you need to scroll up and donw the "program" (an almost 200MB folder just to display an image & a few character pics...) All this does is pick a random map and then a random champion, not all that useful.

I got a mission to chop a certain number of trees. I spawn in a small clearing filled of trees. Holding my finger on the screen lets me walk around but tapping on the trees or holding my finger on a tree doesn't seem to do anything. I can't see any buttons on the screen to tap to start chopping...

I'm playing on mobile and when I start the game I'm in a forest with a mailbox next to me. Can walk into the mailbox and tap on it but it doesn't do anything. There is a map exit to the north and to the east but both of them just say you can't go that way right now. Interesting top down game...

The UI/UX isn't the worst of it. I pre-ordered Monster Hunter World and still waiting on keys for the game. No announcemt from IG about it or when we can expect our keys. lol what a joke. I wonder what they will give as an apology/compensation when we finally receive the keys.

Just contact support with your order number and ask for a refund. Easy.

Yeah this is getting pretty ridiculous and they still haven't announced anything yet. Normally you expect to wait up to 3 days but this is just too much now =/

No keys as of yet. First time this has happened with IG. Surprised there is no official announcement by now.

This is a very common situation for pre-orders on sites like these. They just take as many orders as they can during the pre-order stages and then they hope the publisher will give them enough keys on launch days. Sometimes the site does not receive enough keys and you must wait a day or two for...
