Cannot redeem Monster Hunter World key!

I am trying for the past few minutes to "fetch" my key code but it just says "failure" (am on phone). Have emailed support but all they have told me is to try again.

Thankfully i bought this through Paypal so I can get a refund if need be... But still im really pissed that all my freinds got to start and I'm left all behind. Imagine if I spent the extra $10 to get the game earlier today... Feels bad

This is a very common situation for pre-orders on sites like these. They just take as many orders as they can during the pre-order stages and then they hope the publisher will give them enough keys on launch days. Sometimes the site does not receive enough keys and you must wait a day or two for them to receieve more keys from the publisher before you will be able to redeem your key.
