Paula could you please help me too. I have 6 games that are locked (because it is in a trade or givaway) I attempted to put them in a givaway. But I wasn’t successful. I do not have any trades or giveaways running currently. they are all in my 2 game creator bundles thanks Jeanette

Yes I bought the bundle. I never opened the keys, I then tried to create. It gave me an error and said try again. When I tried again it said the key is used. But no givaway was created, it has just been locked so I can’t try to do the givaway or access the keys I purchased.

I don’t have any trades or giveaways in progress, those are empty. I don’t have anything to erase. :-(

Not sure, I have six games that this has happened to. I think there were 2 different errors. The ne might have been e500. These are the games that are locked.I was able to list 2 of the GameGuru dlc without a problem.

I have had a little success in making giveaways but I have had some that gave errors and are now locked even though I don’t have any live giveaways. These are duplicates that I want to give away.
