Contact us, we reply to every email within 24 hours ( maybe within 48 hours in the weekends ;- )

I have not received a single email from IndieGala since I first contacted customer support about my current issue three days ago, not one. I have however received four different advertising emails, such as the RE7 and Phoenix Wright ads. I repeat, I still have not received even one direct email from anyone at IndieGala after emailing support numerous times, which is precisely why I wrote here in this thread even though I know I'm not supposed to, because at least I can be certain a human being will read it. My credit card has been charged, enough time has passed that the transaction has gone from 'pending' to 'posted', and I still do not have the game key I purchased, and every single email I've sent has gone unanswered. I am very confused about why this has become such a difficult ordeal; I have never experienced anything quite like this on another online store, being completely ignored for this long by a customer support that says right here "we reply to every email within 24 hours ( maybe within 48 hours in the weekends ;- )". Surely someone at IG can unlock my account within minutes if they actually wanted to? If you're unable to get it unlocked today, please just delete my account and I'll dispute the charge with my bank because you have not furnished me with what I paid you for, and the payment has posted already.

Happy to take peoples money immediately but when it comes to actual customer service or support. You fail by a LARGE margin. It shouldn't take 24 hours to receive a key nor should it be continually returning 500 Errors or "Sorry, unfortunately something unexpected happened. Please retry later.". To make matters worse, I STILL do not have what I paid for.


I want the issue sorted today or I will be contacting Trade Descriptions and having it investigated as Fraud. You have not delivered on your service and you certainly have NOT done anything to fix the matter.

Please fix my order as I am not able to access my key either. I haven't received a response to my support query and the person above is right, it should not take 24 hours to deliver a key. Definitely something strange about this system. The store page should not sell keys if they knowingly cannot be delivered immediately.

Totally disappointed by the indiegala support team, I sent them an email requesting them to change my account's email address 4 days ago but they never replied. If you can't reply then atleast add an option to change our email directly from the settings. Thanks.

No, I have not used a different account. I just sent an email again (4th time) to support@indiegala.com and yes it's the same account linked with my Indiegala profile. I'm ready to provide any kind of verification that you'll need.

I tried and failed, so i replied you guys about that.
Still, my recent purchase cannot be redeemed.
So I have no idea what this platform is doing
