It really does look like it!
Ironically, he doesn't even own this game on Steam, and practically no one is playing it.
The source of the key is puzzling—unless he's the publisher himself, but that's contradictory. All in all, it's just weird...

Those are mostly fake games with minimal or no gamplay or even completely unexistent content, priced extremely highly to makegame packs look worth a lot when they have little inside and to use them in place like IndiGala and get advantage with little or nothing.

I think the sistem need to be changed so games like that cost and give 1 point.

They are for steam, are they from SteamGifts?
Being from SG is not a reason to remove a GA. It's also not against IG rules. That makes no sense at all, unless this entire thread is a troll, where you pretend to be incredibly stupid, in which case, I admire the dedication to your craft.

Just throwing my $0.02 in here:

The only reason I report re-giftings from SteamGifts is so people know that those people are violating the SG rules by regifting so that they can avoid giveaways from those users in the future. I'm personally not looking for removals, just to inform.

Speaking of which (informing):

While it's highly likely that's where they got them from, it's also possible they got them somewhere else, like a trade etc. No reason to avoid them.

That's not why they get removed. It seems random at times. Even if reports were taken seriously, which they are not, as you have experienced. They never act fast enough to actually remove them. Even if you wanted to have your own GAs removed, like if you made a mistake when creating them.

Speaking of removals, why are they still visible? Refund our silver, and remove the GAs from the list, or just leave them. People entered because they want to win.
Free on Steam
Not against IG rules.
