Hey, in this case the problem lies with the actions of the Developer/Publisher Hede, and not in any way, shape, or form with you 2 personally.
They create garbage "asset-flip" games and originally sell them for very cheap so they can then give keys to shill accounts that rack up positive reviews of the game, then raise the price to absolutely ridiculous prices to prevent the negative reviews that legit users would obviously give the games.
They then use this price increase to partner with shady 3rd party "bundle" sales websites that sell so-called "premium" bundles filled with games that are only above a certain price.
Furthermore, the price increase is also then used to exploit giveaway sites such as IndieGala or SteamGifts that base the level of one's account (and, consequently, the amount of giveaways one can enter/access) on the price of the games given away. They flood the giveaways sections with a crap-ton of giveaways, and then use alt accounts to try to win their own giveaways so they get to the higher levels as quickly as possible. They then use these high-leveled accounts to poach games from legit users to resell on 3rd party key resale sites.
Unfortunately, because of the MO of this process (flood the system so that not all giveaways/accounts can be removed) it can take quite a while to finally remove the bad actors, especially if it's free to create as many alts as possible, and account creation is not restricted by IP/MAC addresses.
Simply put, they're looking to scam as much money as they can out of the system while putting in as little as possible.
