These accounts seem highly suspicious. They have similar names or similarly formatted names. There are two sets of accounts. Each set of was created within a few days of each other. All are giving the same type of DLCs.

I won the first one I list below. The key is not what it claims to be. It is a key for "Battle for the Galaxy - Ice Bastion Pack". I am aware that mistakes happen. I understand that giveaways are not guaranteed. This pattern suggests this is not a mistake, but rather several accounts by the same person that are intentionally making fake giveaways.

I will add that the base price for these DLCs has recently spiked from less than $10/ea to $50/ea.

This follows the MO of Hede studios. Price the game/DLC cheap, get positive feedbacks so it looks legit, then raise the price up.

These accounts need to be investigated. Hopefully @paula and @ricirick will agree.

Hi all,

I am unable to access the giveaway page no matter what. Its not just today, since I made my account 1 month ago I have faced this issue. At first I thought this was actually due to high traffic, but getting this daily at any random time i try is suspicious?

I have tried all the steps gemini told me to, also tried via my phone same issue. Couldn't find support details and I dont use discord. If this thread is not the right place, would appreciate your help in posting or contacting to support for assistance.

Try another Browser, i have the same problem with the forum on Chrome and i normally logout and login in microsoft Edge, that fix it on Chrome too, don't know why.

As I had mentioned, I tried everything I can, changing browsers, trying incognito, clearing cache, disabling adblock, I dont use VPN... Still I am unable to access the giveaway page, this happens on my mobile as well. Are there any staff who can help?

Have you tried logout - login? And what about speed of your internet connection (optical, wi-fi)? Here you can contact IG staff: support@indiegala.com

Try to logoff from all browsers, clear all coockies and then clear the cache.

Now go and login on a browser that is NOT your main one, try Edge (it's the one that work best for this for me, Opera and Firefox do less good).

If it's solved wait some time to be sure and login with your main browser, if it didn't work... i don't know what to say apart writing to support on Discord.
