The second user is the same I identified in my prior post: Report Giveaways Here where I raised concerns that they are creating multiple accounts for making fake giveaways. I hope my assumptions were wrong, but it is a concerning pattern. Each of those accounts has now made exactly three giveways for the same DLC. In my case, the giveaway was fake.

Removed games CAN be used, they are worth 1 to be entered and 79 when they get a positive, no matter their original price (example, a 80$ game that cost 80 coins and give 6400 experience will cost 1 and grant 79 experience once removed... if i remember the payout well but we are in that magnitude).
