Long story short support finnaly answered and basically the whole support converstation that 1 WEEK long, when he gets 1 3-words-long answer per day, consists of
1 - we dont see any problem all your giveaways are there
2 - oh right they are gone we dont know why
3 - we will ask our technicians whats going on
4 - they dont see any problem
5 - you havee 3 negative feedbacks you probably got banned and your giveaways were suspended (500 gifts sent already 99% trustability what is this percent for????????)
6 - sorry we cant restart your giveaways
7 - we also cant see whats inside your giveaways so no you cant have your keys back
8 - we will restart your giveaways you need to wait a week (yeh thats why you said that you cant restart them)
So basically what do we have - indiegala deletes 300 giveaways (oh RIGHT not guaranteed for the gifter as well not guaranteed that his giveaways will end) not 3 giveaways but 300! with 300 keys inside, and then support cant waste 30 minutes of their time they dont have that much they need to answer once per day for a whole week, to tell the person after a week that his keys are most likely gone. Thats prettty much describes how userfriendly giveaways are there.
Most hilarious part is
Bot accounts creat 200 c giveaway with virus links in the desctiption - WE DONT CARE
Bot accounts win those giveaways dont mark them as anything and 1st bot accounts get their 200 c lvl - NOBODY CARES
Person makes 800 giveaways and gets 3 negative feedbacks - LETS DELETE HIS GIVEAWAYS ASAP
