I would Contact support. Forum mods are simply to help you with the forum and can help with some low level complaints higher level ones would need to email support.

If you read the topic before post you would know that he did contact the support.

Before I posted that i contacted support and had them read it. THEY are who told me to tell the poster to Contact support. SO he might have said he did But apparently they never got his message,, So as I said " I would suggest you contact support"

If you read the topic you will see that he got like 7 answers in 7 days from the support, maybe you contacted different person in the support

On a more positive note, glad to see some gediknight giveaways on the site again. Seems he got his keys back
