I am trying to offer a game from Steam. The problem happens when I'm sending the Steam url, it returns an error. It's correct link without space after or before it. I tried linking different game with the same result so it seems there's something wrong with the website. Do any of you experience the same issue?

I can't even send message to the offer. So there's certainly something out of my control.

It's the same for me.
From when the site was in mainteinance, I can't fetch steam urls to make offers and can't post comment in trade pages.
And can't check the user profile of the trade (error:not found; The requested resource was not found on this server.).

I tried to make an offer...and the problem persists. It's been a while since I've accessed Indiegala, people have abandoned the trade sector.

I do not know if anybody is dealing with the problem. At least, I can still contact offerers directly, but IG loses all its purpose now.

I opened a Ticket on this a few weeks ago, but seeing as it took them over two months to restore my Library Bundles I wouldn't hold my breath on this getting fixed.

Have seen no response from them on this so far.

Since we don't get many Bundles anymore, I get the impression they're moving to shut down the Bundle / Gifting / Trading system, there's definitely been no urgency in fixing issues.

I just checked, it is still broken. It is strange as I got many promotions over the email from them, but they can not fix the feature that is the main reason I am even using their site is ridiculous.

It's been more than six months and this problem hasn't been fixed... I believe that the trade section was intentionally abandoned, that is, deactivated. What a shame, it was a very useful tool for exchanging digital games.

Now you can send offers, but be aware you can't remove them ( I didn't try to accept any offer to test, but I know that you can't also give feedback)

Hello, I made a trade with a user and sent an offer for their game "Saints Row IV: Re-Elected." I gave them "Clid The Snail" along with its Steam key. They accepted the offer, but the key for "Saints Row IV: Re-Elected" is incorrect — it's missing two digits. How can I contact this user or what can I do about it?

Hello,

It's probably a GOG code - you can send an email to support@indiegala.com with details of the trade, the time it was completed, and what games, and they can give you the person's IG profile where you can see their forum name ( and Steam account if he has it linked ) to contact the person you completed the trade with, and since that's the user's responsibility and he should offer you a replacement or the key if he is a honest trader.

I advise you to read every trade's description and title before sending an offer, double-check the user's profile, and if the trade or the thing he may ask is realistic, since there have been users in the past who scammed people.

Here is a possible example for this trade Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord - Trade 293231 | IndieGala Trades, and here is his profile Yabun | Indiegala, which is most likely a scammer since he asks for an expensive game, very cheap games, and has no rep. Sometimes, even users with rep scam people since they fake the rep by having multiple accounts, so the best advice is to be careful, and even sometimes to ask other trades/forum users if they had a bad experience or trades with a certain user.

Welcome to Indiegala trading!

Thank you very much, yes — the code was from another website.
