A win has disapeared from my won list.

I won "Carnival Games VR" on Feb 3rd.
I activatged it on my steam account, thanked the giver and marked it good.

A few days later the won list no longer showed this win. It shows other past wins.

I figured it was a glitch and would come back shortly. Just now I won "Autonauts"
(I think this is the first time I've ever won something from this site twice in a month.)

Key was good, I thanked the giver and marked it. My list now shows my past wins and this new one at the top. Its still missing the one from the 3rd.

Has anyone had this happen to them?

Considering that Indiegala does not always tell you that you won even if you to the "check" this disappearing win is a bit concerning. What If I had not checked the won list and had not seen it.

I've had a win in the past that I never noticed for 2 weeks. And another a year so so ago that had sit unknown for a couple months as I was trusting the "check wins" to tell me if I had won anything. It never did tell me during the check, the wins just showed in my list. (in both these cases the keys were good, I thanked them in the GA but I doubt they ever saw my note).

It sure would be nice if they emailed us when we win instead of hoping it will tell us when we check.


So, is this a new bug. or just one I have not noticed before?

I don't think i've had disappearances of wins, but the "Check Wins" button that doesn't tell you you did win, and the keys waiting for a few days in your won list before you see it, yes, i've had that too.
Maybe some people have been banned, and their GAs that you won don't appear anymore ?

I thought this at first but I searched for the giveaway page in my browser history and found it --> My last win
The giveaway owner doesn't seem to be banned.
It's probably just a visual bug on the front-end and they still have the giveaways won on their database.

Same here. If I look at my responses, I can find the giveaway. The giver does not seem to be banned. That part looks normal. If I had not already added the win to my account I'd be unable to see the key as its missing from the won list.
