Access denied Error 15

In the last few days I get this error often, when I try to enter "My Library".

"Access denied Error 15"

I have to wait a few minutes and then I have access again, but the error can occur again.

Hello, I have this issue right now when I try to play Feudalife Challenges. I get the "error notice from the King" and when I press "OK" I get Error 15 as other users.

Can confirm, attempts to get into my library causes error 15. Seems your security is blocking access to our libraries.
