(Harman/Samsung took development/support over from Adobe in 2019):

This is not the most recent version with 12 airports (including Zürich and Schiphol Amsterdam), but it has 10 airports up to Dubai UAE.
Dubai UAE was added September 30, 2015.
So this is probably the version from 30 september 2015, as the next update added Schiphol Amsterdam on December 2, 2015; Zurich was added February 5, 2016).

@little Indiegala Game Elf: Any chance that the version including Zurich and Schiphol will appear here?

FWIW, the fastest, easiest way to install AIR is through Ninite:Ninite Air Unattended Silent Installer and Updater

(If you copy the installer to 'shell:startup' (paste the quoted text into the Explorer address bar), it will update it--if necessary--every time you log into Windows. If you click the 'change app' link on the download page, you can install/update *lots* of other popular software at the same time.)
