Isn't this some bugged old version? Because not only that 2 airports from the list here in description are missing,
but also the Instructions in game lie - planes crash even outside of runway. The 1 runway Funchal airport is the best example. Planes crash sometimes just when queing before take off on that shoulder, same for the landing shoulder. Sometimes they crash even when taxing from the airport building.
It seems Concorde has more tendency to crash in this case, but sometimes it was the smallest and the largest plane etc.

Plus maybe the instructions are wrong and plane can crash while getting to land even when you only change speed. Because I have only slowed all of them at London and they were still going to land, but they crashed in the air.
