Attention, IndieGala! Massive scamming in IndieGala Giveaways!

Those 2 accounts were both registered yesterday - so I'm 100% sure it's the same scammer. And they both listed the same amount (15) of the same game (Ascent Free-Roaming VR Experience PC). Just by checking the price on gg.deals, it's obvious that the game ISN'T AVAILABLE to buy anywhere except Steam and the price on Steam is 999 €.

Giveaways made with this title are ALWAYS FAKE. Unless you think someone is willingly spending 15,000 € just to make giveaways on IndieGala.

I hope you'll do something about it, but if you don't, I really don't care anymore. It's clear to me that IndieGala doesn't care about scamming giveaways, scamming trades or the functionality of this site in general and I'm done trying to help. I only feel sorry for mods because they'll have to deal with angry users altjough they are not guilty for all of this.

and since this is an exploit they reach level 5 with winning a single giveaway of their own.

out of curiosity,
did anyone contacted IG Support team and ask for a formal investigation?

My opinion is that easy way to identify all accounts there and ban unfair activities, simply by a community's moderator ?

and be very careful at trades section whoever make SCAM giveaway for The Ascent before or now is a scammer.
No matter what you traded with them before you will get scammed eventually. Scammers just waiting their time to scam thats all.

The giveaways have been infested with scammers and bots for ages, people have reported them endlessly but it's sort of pointless. It would actually be really easy for IG to get rid of them by saying that only people who have spent at least $1 in the IG store can participate in giveaways. Do that and it's goodbye to 99% of scambots. It isn't difficult.

If IG can't do this then someone else should set up a better giveaway site.
