Honestly I have no Idea, I got two Keys from similar Community Giveaway, there on indiegala.com. I redeemed one Key on Steam and title displays: Back 4 Blood Beta – it’s Beta, I guess.

The Beta is long overdue. If the code is for that, it is no longer valid.

You should write to support@indiegala.com and ask them to change the feedback to negative on those giveaways. And also ask them to delete yours. It's not okay to give away a beta key as if it was the full game and pocket the 4800 exp.
