Banned account with error e240

Hi, I can't join any giveaway on IndieGala, because it's says that my account is banned with the error e240, I've contacted Support via e-mail as the error suggested 2 days ago but I got no response so far, my request ticket is 90471.

Yes, I only got an automated reply that said my request is 90471 and that it will be reviewed by IG's Support staff 2 days ago
