Can we finally ban all fake Steam games here?

Look, this guy Hede on Steam: Steam Search is making games in 15 minutes probably using stolen assets and posts them on Steam for around $200 for some reason. Everyone knows it's some sort of a scam, but nobody is sure what is this guy doing for real, ppl only have their opinions about that.
A lot of people here post these games on giveaways, because they give a lot of points like good AAA games (because of the Steam price probably). And even if someone wins that GA, they mostly don't activate the key on their Steam acc. It is better to post it here again to get points, because the game is trash anyways, so why add it to your library? It is better to farm level here.

I started banning all the people who post this shit and I recommend to do the same. I've already banned 4 guys so far. You can do it here: Login or register | Indiegala -> Giveaways -> Blacklist. It means you ban them from joining your GA's. Yet I feel like moderators should already do something about that. Those are not real games. And it's only one guy on Steam who makes these, so you can easily check all the "games" and just ban them I guess.

I like collecting these junk games. If you don't like them, don't enter the GAs for them. If we banned everything someone didn't like, there would be nothing left.

There is an argument to be made for lowering the XP gained, but there is already a cap, at 192 for non guaranteed, and 200? for guaranteed. IG could choose a lower cap if they wanted to, but have chosen not to. The higher entry cost means fewer people enter, and more chance of winning. This is a good thing.

There are people posting fake GAs, like this one: Berries Challenge giveaway id 1164049 by Yaho on Indiegala Giveaways Some aren't even games. The description claims it's a test. So far they have one negative feedback, and that's it. They will likely get automatic positives in a few days

There is no moderation of any kind with the GAs. So we're unlikely to see anything change.

This is a problem reported a loto of times, it seem nothing will be done about it.

I would make all those giveaways worth 1 Coin -> 79 Points, and good luck reaching the desired level.

Also, i would like to add a malus, if you get negative feedback the total amount of points will be DEDUCED by your account so fake giveaways will get you a malus.

At the current moment making fake giveaways have no real harm to the user and even the possiblity of auto-positive feedback.

Maybe someone already suggested this but just in case i have an idea to get the fake giveaways under control
Now if you make a giveaway there are 3 outocomes
1) If all good the winner give Positive Feedback 
2) If not good winner give negative feedback
3) If the winner don't do anything after 4 days an auto-positive feedback is sent and fixed in place.
So users that make fake giveaways, giveaways with expired codes and so are incentivated just for the possibility of auto-positive feedback, they don't lose anything anyway.
A partial fix?
Make Negative Feedback DEDUCT the amount of points from the user Current Points.
This way an user that spam fake giveaways can also be punished with his account even getting to lower levels.

Alse make it so it can go on negatives so who spam only fake giveaways will not be able to participate even in Level 0.
Also add the ability to revise a feedvack one time, in both ways, so who fix a problem can be spared a negative and who got an auto.positive can get punished by a scammed user.

Go there and upvote or repost it so IG take note and maybe do something that will finally make a dent if not in those high.pying giveaways at least on the fake one.
