Cannot redeem Monster Hunter World key!

I got scammed on a trade in their trade section and lost a copy of Ken Follet's Pillars of the Earth. Just awful.

Regarding that,I'm not taking any sides here,but the trade section happens between players.Out of curiosity,have you had your revoked key steam refunded?

Are you all still waiting? I feel so bad for you all, this is inexcusable. I pre-ordered from Green Man and got my key the minute the game went live. I have no idea what has happened to IndieGala behind the scenes but they have unfortunately gone downhill. I have had a key revoked by Steam that I purchased here. Yea I regret it more day by day,customer support has answered,but it seems they answered to something I questioned them a while ago and not what I was interested.Anyway,I'm going to ask them if I can have a refund and if I can,I will leave an answer here.

Yes,I had my game refunded.

I suggest refunding and buying from where nofencesphoto bought from.

They just reply that they have some issues with those keys, as soon as they fixed it they will let us know.
