Can't access Giveaways & Auctions

For some reason the Giveaways & Auctions section on my profile page are gone. Whenever I try to claim a ticket on a giveaway it says this giveaway is over.

Not sure why this is the case. Been this way for weeks.

I have the same problem. Years working and today i cant access. I try it again from my friend's profile and he can access without problems buy I can't see the giveaway in my profile.

Yeah, I saw that today. But.. it was a mistake by myself, sorry. If you look my profile, the 3 negative feedback are from the same game, if I can do something to fix that.... I'll try to be more careful next time checking the serials, but please unbanned my profile to can still using that function because now I can participate but I can't create .

E-mail support to try and unlock your account as you've probably been banned for getting 3 negative feedbacks from your giveaways.

How do i get enough points to be able to participate in free giveaways? tryied the sniper:contracts giveaway and it gave me error that i need to be a higher level or have more points? im sure this is explained somewhere in the forums on how this works and also what can i use my 240 silver for?

you gain levels by making giveaways that end with positive feedback. Accrue enough xp and you will gain levels to be able to enter higher level giveaways. You can use the 240 silver to enter level 0 giveaways as they can be entered by anyone. You can also use it to enter auctions as well.

Same here, there's a mostly concealed "Whooops! Something went wrong." error message on Giveaways page, and a "Request failed, retry later" message on top of "Create new" option in the Library.

Anyone who can't see giveaways or won games don't worry. It's happening for everyone. Once they fix the site everything should be back.

I accidentaly put a game in auction (due to the stupid new interface having those buttons besides) and now I can't see the auction at all, the "in progress" and "completed" created auctions are shown empty. Wtf ? Does this web designer wants this website to be reported for fraud ?
