Can't cancel trade offers

Hi, i seem unable to cancel trade offers that I've made i have tried multiple times and using different browers, is this a known issue? How can i cancel them?

This problem started last month. The indiegala already knows, but still has not resolved. Please contact support, asking them to cancel your offers.
