Cant create giveaway

All you can do is email support. I checked and the game isn't blocked But I bet it is a simple part that isn't filled out correctly but all I can answer is email support.

I doubt it isn't filled out correctly. I've done a lot of giveaways, but lately it errors out and says I have to fill out all fields when I have already.The only one I didn't fill out was the guaranteed game choice when I had a non-guaranteed key and of course you can't do that. Happens all the time. And I think I mentioned it in another thread already and in the previous mail with support (do it regularly now, it seems). I see there are still a handful of giveaways, but not like there used to be, which means it can't have hit everyone but has affected a lot of people. But if I can't submit giveaways it means I can't throw away keys for no benefit except for this site's reputation. Why should I struggle to make IG look better? I'm doing a lot more trades lately to try to make at least a minor benefit out of my key.

Having the same issue here. ive created several giveaways in a row and then this problem appeared. im having that problem even on guaranteed giveaways... gives me the same message....

We tried to replicate the problem both with guaranteed and non guaranteed giveaways, but apparently everything works well our side. We are able to create giveaways even as normal users.

Can you please give us more info?
Game id ?
Giveaway duration?
Text inserted in required fields?
Giveaway level?

i just tried it again and the problem still exists. i tried it with "horror hospital" and the description text was "Win: Horror Hospital. please contact me if any problem should appear". i also tried it with a guaranteed giveaway with a similiar text. the game was "Holiday Bonus GOLD".
i dont think its game related since ive seen couple of "horror hospital" games these days.
Giveaway duration was mostly used 1 day but when the problem came up i also tried 3 days / 1 week. im currently in the giveaway level 0.
btw i also noticed that some 2-3 of my yesterday posted giveaways got "swallowed" by the system. they just disappeard from my list.

I've had this same issue, and it only seems to occur with specific games. These include:
Death Penalty: Beginning
Horror Hospital
Sacred Line Genesis Remix
Unalive
Mobile Astro

I was able to create giveaways for other games around the same time, and without issue. The issue is still persisting after a few weeks, at least with Death Penalty (haven't tried the others again). I've tried using different combinations of information in the giveaway fields, but no luck. However, I was able to post the affected games for trade with no problems.

Same here. Tried to give away a guaranteed game russian underground VR from one of your bundles. Giveaway level 5. 4 weeks duration. GL peeps was the message i typed on the general information portion. When i tried to create giveaway. its says please fill in the required fields even though everything has been filled in. Afterwards managed to give away a guaranteed game from the same bundle (heaven forest vr mmo different giveaway level and duration)

Update:

Managed to give the Russian Underground VR game away now. I cleared my browser cache and then enter the same giveaway and duration by filling all the fields from top to bottom in the correct order and it worked for me. Hope this helps others too.

Sadly, this didn't work for me. I cleared my cache, yet the problem still occurs. Ironically, I have just won a giveaway for the game I am trying to give away, so I now have two keys I can't give away:|

Since regifting is against the site rules as entering a giveaway on a game you already have I would say maybe you should give those away on a dif website.
